Taught by Professor David Schlow, the large lecture based class gave a very broad overview to microeconomics. With his own unique style of teaching, Schlow would use the examples of pizza and beer to teach supply and demand, thinking at the margin, and economies of scale.

Although this course was useful in the sense that it is important to have an overview of all subject areas, it was solely a survey course - not one where the science of economics is well ingrained into the students.
