Crude imitation Nike logo and all, the above graphic depicts "The Palace", a fictional basketball court* I designed in GIF format. Although the GIF file format is not inherently vector-based, the image was made using Macromedia's Flash Designer, an authoring tool specifically for the creation of vector graphics. Once developed, the image was exported to GIF format. This is in contrast to the other image designed using Macromedia's Flash Designer, which instead was saved in a format native to vector images: SWF.

*Note that this basketball court has no relation to "The Palace", an arena in Detriot where Isiah Thomas and the Pistons made many records during the 1980's.
