Photos from Hawaii and Palm Springs
Honolulu from Diamond Head Mountain

After spending a week on the big island of Hawaii, we took a puddle jumper and visited Honolulu. This shot was taken from Diamond Head Moutain, a fort just outside of town that was used by the Army during World War II to protect the Honolulu from a strike. Just like in the war, you have an outstanding view of the city and the harbor from the top of the hill. Notice the tall skyscrapers and hotels that now line up next to the lucious blue water. That's something you don't see every day.
